Hot pack

Hot packs relax & loosen tissues, stimulate blood flow and help to reduce discomfort. Perfect for the relief of stress, tension &easing of muscular pain & cramps.

Microwave heating

l        Heat gel pack in microwave for approximately 30 seconds if the pack is at room temperature.

l        For heating from frozen, microwave for 60seconds.

l        Time is based on high power setting on microwave being used. Always check the item is the correct temperature before applying.

l        If additional heating is required- do this in 10 second intervals until desired temperature is achieved.

l        Overheating may result in leakage of the gel pack.

Hot water heating

l        Bring water to the boil & remove from heat.

l        Immerse the gel pack for approximately 4 to 10 minutes.

l        After 4minutes of submersion check the temperature of the pack. Increase the pack temperature if desired by further one minute immersion intervals.

Cold pack

Use for a cooling effect for temperatures, fevers & burns. Reduces swelling & pain associated with injuries with inflammation & sprains.

l        Store in fridge, or freezer for best results.

l        Pack is then at hand when required.

l        Approximately one hour of freezing is required prior to pack being ideal to use.

WARNING: IMPORTANT INFORMATION

l        When using as a heat treatment, be careful to use a moderate heat for a limited time to avoid burns.

l        Wrap in a towel or cloth before applying to the skin.

l        When using as a cooling treatment, always wrap the pack in a towel/ cloth to avoid potential frost bite.

l        Never leave gel packs on for extended periods of time, or whilst sleeping.

l        For external use only - do not put in your mouth.

l        The gel pack is filled with a nontoxic gel.

l        Do not puncture the gel pack, or use if punctured.

l        If content is exposed to eyes/skin,rinse with water & seek medical advice.

l        Keep out of reach of children & babies.

l        Do not use after expiry date.
